Domo Development Company was formed in May 2012 to develop high-end, multi-family, and commercial properties. The principals of Domo are Eric Doden, Scott Sorensen, and John Hennessey. The diverse backgrounds of the principals allow Domo Development to pursue all types of mixed-use developments and secure the necessary financial commitments to complete them. The principals of Domo Development have long careers in the fields of real estate development, construction, commercial finance, and manufacturing.
Since the start of the first project in November 2012, Domo Development Company has completed eight multi-family projects totaling 1,952 units with total project costs in excess of $228 million dollars. Completed value for all eight multi-family projects is approaching $365 million dollars. Domo Development Company is currently working on new multi-family developments in Bloomington, Evansville, Fort Wayne, and Lafayette, Indiana, as well as Grand Rapids and Lansing, Michigan. These new developments are expected to start construction in 2021 and 2022 with final completions in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
